God has made a way for us to be reconciled to Him through His son, Jesus Christ. He is the Saviour for all mankind who came to the earth in the form of a man and died on the cross so we can have eternal life. He died for our sins and on the 3rd day He demonstrated His power over death and rose from the grave. He now sits on the right hand of The Father praying on our behalf. You are His beautiful creation; He even calls you the ‘apple of his eye’. He loves you and wants you to know Him.
What is salvation?
Salvation is the means by which we can reconcile our lives back to Jesus Christ. For, ‘we have all sinned and are in need of the glory of God. For sin’s meagre wages is death, but God‘s lavish gift is eternal life, found in our union with our Lord Jesus.’ – Romans 3:23 & 6:23
Receiving salvation gives us the opportunity to be delivered from the sin of death and receive the gift of eternal life. Believing in Jesus is the only way to be sure to go to Heaven.
We cannot receive salvation or gain God’s love by what we can do to impress Him; it is priceless. All we need to do is receive it. Ephesians 2:5-6 says that salvation is the gracious, undeserved gift of God, which is only available through placing our faith in Jesus Christ.
Anyone who calls on the name of Jesus will be rescued and experience new life!
